This policy explains how Xidedomo LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile and web apps we publish and on this website.
Information we collect
- Information you provide, such as your email address when you contact us or create an account in one of our apps.
- Usage and device data, such as app interactions, crash reports, device type, and OS version, collected through analytics and diagnostics tools to improve our apps.
- Purchase information. In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; we receive confirmation of purchases and subscription status, which may be handled through a subscription management service such as RevenueCat.
How we use information
To provide and maintain our apps, process and restore purchases, fix bugs, understand usage, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate our apps (for example app stores, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, and subscription management), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, including deletion of an app account, by emailing hello@xidedomo.com. You can also limit data collection through your device settings.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
